Your order includes the TraxiGo GPS tracker device, its standard supplied wiring accessories, and a relay.
Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Weekends, public holidays, customs clearance and carrier delays can extend the timeline. Tracking details will be shared when available.
The app subscription is not included with the device. It costs R 349 per year.
Contact support within 7 calendar days after delivery for a replacement request involving a wrong, damaged-on-arrival or defective item. Approval and inspection may be required. Mandatory local consumer rights still apply.
Yes. A 1-year replacement warranty applies to verified manufacturing defects from the delivery date, subject to the published exclusions and applicable law. Contact support before returning the device.
Not necessarily. Import VAT, customs duties, clearance charges and other local taxes may be payable by the customer unless checkout explicitly states they are included.
We recommend installation by a qualified vehicle electrician or mechanic. Incorrect wiring can damage the device or vehicle and may affect warranty coverage.
